1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Astryx platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Astryx provides enterprise email security solutions designed to detect and prevent social engineering attacks, including phishing, business email compromise, and vendor impersonation. The Services analyze email intent, sender behavior, and contextual signals to identify threats in real time.

3. Eligibility

The Services are intended for business and enterprise use only. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Access by individuals acting in a personal capacity is not permitted.

4. Account Registration

To access the Astryx platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Astryx immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Services
• Use the Services to monitor individuals without lawful basis or proper authorization
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the Services to third parties without written consent
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive mechanisms into the Services

6. Data Processing

In the course of providing the Services, Astryx may process email metadata and content on behalf of your organization. This processing is governed by a Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") which forms part of the agreement between Astryx and enterprise customers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, algorithms, models, interfaces, and documentation, are and remain the exclusive property of Astryx or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Astryx's trademarks, trade names, or branding.

You retain all rights to data you submit to the Services. By using the Services, you grant Astryx a limited license to process such data solely to provide and improve the Services.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Services. This obligation survives termination of these Terms for a period of three (3) years.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Astryx does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astryx disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astryx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Astryx's aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Astryx in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms upon written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of notice. Astryx may immediately suspend access to the Services in the event of suspected misuse or security risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

13. Changes to These Terms

Astryx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
